Installed an 8.8″ Android Auto touchscreen from Westnav-Tech in my ’16 Q5. Install was pretty simple, if you’re mechanically inclined. Any questions I had were promptly answered by their US based customer service. It included the new bezel, HD backup camera & all necessary wiring. There’s a slight learning curve going from the basic OEM UI to this but overall I’m happy with it. It’s nice to have navigation right on the screen now vs my phone. Sound quality is great too.

Shout out to Stu Douglas at WestNav-Tech for the awesome CarPlay unit. Haven’t had a full day to mess with it yet but Everything works great, still can use all the OEM features. Original back up camera works, but also I had another one with better video quality I didn’t install yet. Definitely hit him up if you’re looking to buy one.

Super easy to set up. Works as promised so No More wired connection. Thumbs up to that! Small unit fits easily in USB port. Tried it first in one car 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Bought another for Hyundai 2018 Sante Fe.

The best Apple CarPlay adapter by far! Super cheap and easy to plug in and get started. Just connect Bluetooth and connects seamlessly. When car is off turns on and connects in less than 5 seconds. No lag and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

I had searched all over, called probably 10-15 A/V shops in my area and found nothing for a head unit that would give me touchscreen and wireless CarPlay in my daughter’s 2019 SQ5. She wanted touchscreen so badly and the wired carplay wasn’t working well because I think the USB port on car is going out. So I made a post in an Audi FB group as a last ditch effort to find something and got a recommendation for this WestNav-Tech unit and I recently had it installed and it’s great! If you’re looking for an aftermarket unit, I can’t recommend it enough and I had a small hiccup with getting a setting just right to make the factory backup camera focus correctly and the owner was up at 11PM or so helping me resolve that. That’s some next level customer service! Posted a few photos, I got the larger 12.3″ version. What a great product and great company!

Highly recommend WestNav-Tech if you are looking for a plug and play touchscreen to upgrade your Audi. Top notch service and quality product!

I bought a WestNav-Tech unit to replace the other aftermarket unit I had in my Audi A4. Everything about this unit is top notch. the quality of the display, the sound quality, everything. What was most impressive was the level of detailed, personalized support I got when I had questions during and after the install. Stu has a great product and when better support. I cannot recommend his product enough. 10/5 stars

I will tell you as someone who recently purchased a head unit and digital cluster that you will absolutely NOT regret it, or be disappointed in any way!
Between the quality, fit, and finish of the components, and the amazing customer support, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better purchase experience anywhere! Both units are lightning quick, look amazing, and integrate seamlessly…modernized the car while giving that OEM+ look I was after!!
